Hi, I’m Tanya Brown, MBA, a Real Estate Advisor | Broker Associate | REALTOR® with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage, proudly serving Northeast Florida.

Before real estate, I built a career in the property insurance industry, giving me a valuable perspective on property, risk, and homeownership beyond the transaction itself. I also hold the SFR® (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) certification and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation, strengthening my ability to assist clients through both traditional transactions and more complex real estate situations.

As a Florida native who has lived in several areas throughout the state, I have a genuine appreciation for the communities, lifestyles, and opportunities Florida offers. Northeast Florida is home and the primary market I serve, and I’m committed to providing a level of service that reflects professionalism, integrity, care, and attention to detail.
